Cancellation Policies

At Grand Vue Adventures, we strive to provide excellent customer service and we work hard to prepare for your visit with us. Please understand that, as a reservations-based business, we schedule staff based on advanced bookings. As such, our Cancellation Policy balances the needs of both our customers and our staff, allowing for reasonable advanced planning for the business as well as flexibility for guests who may need to reschedule an adventure for a future date. 

Please review our cancellation policies in full prior to booking.

When booking, you attest that all members in your party meet the Participant Requirements for the ticket types booked. No refunds will be issued in the event a guest arrives and does not meet the requirements as outlined. 

All reservations are charged in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, you are required to notify us 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour start time. Reservations are considered final 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour start time and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Guests who cancel a reservation 72 hours or more in advance of your original booking date may:

  • – Reschedule the reservation for a future date
  • – Receive a full-value gift card that can be applied to a future visit, OR
  • – Receive a full monetary refund.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
  • Guests who arrive late (after their reserved check-in time) or fail to show at the time of their reservation will NOT be issued refunds. Rescheduling will be accommodated day-of for late arrivals only if space permits and only with management approval. No Shows will not be eligible for refunds, rescheduling, or future credits.
Weather Discontinuations & Cancellations

Our tours run rain or shine, in all weather conditions, unless extreme winds or lightning interfere with operational safety. The Manager on Duty will determine tour cancellations, and guests may be notified at any time regarding cancellation. In the event that your tour is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or rain check voucher depending on the circumstances. We reserve the right to postpone (or pause) a tour for up to one hour to wait out inclement weather and then resume normal operations.

In the event Grand Vue Adventures must close due to inclement weather, the following accommodations will be provided:

    • – Guests actively on the adventure courses at time of closure: A prorated credit (based on time remaining for your adventure) will be applied in the ticketing system for your future use.
    • – Guests who have not yet arrived: A credit for the full amount of your purchase will be issued within the ticketing system for your future use, OR guests preferring a full monetary refund can submit a request.
